Each function writes to the same item record. Identification opens it, tracking binds it, verification updates it, disposition closes it.
Photographic identification
Identity, condition and an initial valuation from a single capture on any mobile device or scanner. No integration is required to begin.
Serial and custody tracking
Each capture is bound to the organization's own serial number, the custodian of record and the location, so existing property records are extended rather than replaced.
Condition verification over time
A re-capture is compared with the record and the platform reports physical change. Applicable to equipment, infrastructure components and any item whose integrity matters.
Disposition and recovery
When an asset leaves service it is identified, valued and routed to reutilization, sale or disposal under the rules the organization sets.
