The platform's capabilities were not designed in the abstract. Each one was built to answer a specific question from a customer, a partner or an agency, and proven in production before it was named.

V Labs formalizes that practice. It is the part of the company whose job is to find the next question, build the smallest thing that answers it, and measure whether it holds.
